Things to keep in mind while practicing prenatal yoga

Although yoga during pregnancy is highly recommended, it’s restricted to the fundamentals of breathing and light stretching. Pregnant women should strictly avoid any posture that puts the health of their baby at risk, like bending, leaning back, twisting or lying on the stomach or back.
