Hi Iqbal! That's because our gut & brain are connected through Gut Brain Axis. The central nervous system (brain) & enteric nervous system (gut) have their way to communicate. The vagus nerve is the modulator here. Meaning issues in your gut can also affect your mental health & vice versa.
