@Jyotsana Khanna Biyani To improve your deep sleep try adding few habits like: 1. No digital device exposure atleast an hour before going to bed. 2. Practise left nostril breathing for calming mind before going to bed 3. Meditation before going to bed 4. Try not to exercise at night or late evening
