Hey Suzanne, certain lifestyle changes can help relieve the symptoms. Eat smaller frequent meals to reduce bloating and sensation of fullness. Engage in at least 30 minutes of brisk walk, swimming, or any other aerobic activity. Regular daily exercise helps alleviate certain symptoms. Work towards reducing stress by getting plenty sleep. Practice Yoga with few posture towards opening pelvic girdle. These little things can help you long way.
