MONSOONS ⛈️🌈☔️ should I make changes in the food I eat ??

Monsoons have arrived, bringing soothing relief from the unbearable summer heat. However, we must remember that this season also invites a lot of health issues with it. It affects the immune system of our body, so, we must be extra careful about what we eat and drink at this time of the year. Our food choices should be those that create warmth in the body, rather than cooling it. This will create an unfavorable environment for bacteria to thrive within our system. Best avoided - sprouts, raw salads, outside foods( especially uncooked), curd from outside, foods from the refrigerator, leftover food items. Foods with greater water content, like melons, buttermilk etc can cause water retention so should be avoided Must include - warm fresh soups, porridge, curd set with saffron, seasonal fruits like plums, papaya, peach etc. Include fresh haldi or a cup of water infused with haldi powder as it has anti inflammatory properties & can improve immunity.
