Exercises for Hypothyroidism

Exercises that stimulate the thyroid and pituitary gland are beneficial for hypothyroidism, eg: bridge pose, fish pose, spinal twists. Also it is important to keep a balance of aerobic and strength training exercises to improve strength and metabolism - sun salutations are very beneficial for this purpose.
