I know ice cream is what we are told to have but common we cannot survive on it all day long. Well here's what else you can try😋 - Banana Shake🥛 ( 1 glass Milk + 1 whole banana + 5-6 cashews + 1 Tbsp oats) - Melon slush 🍹( 1 cup de seeded and diced melon + 2 glasses coconut water) - Moong soup 🥣( 2 whole carrots + 1/4 cup Moong dal + 1 cup de-seeded and diced bottle gourd- pressure cook, blend and add tadka of ghee) Note - you can pick any other veggies too as long as they get blenderized smoothly - Lassi/ Buttermilk 🥤( I had added 1 Tbsp of sattu powder, you can try that too) - Clear chicken soup🥣 - Clear mutton bone broth 🥣 Note - make sure soups are consumed at room temperature!
