Soups for snacks anyone ❓

My evening snacks today😋. This is a veggie chicken soup. I usually make these in bulk & have them for the next 2-3 days. Soups are definitely the best to beat the winter fatigue. They're easy to make & you can use leftover ingredients in them, like I used some leftover chicken bones in this one. They're low calorie, light & can be highly versatile and customizable. Lastly soups are an awesome way to step up with your water intake 😉 What are your favorite evening snacks?

Looks yummy 😋 Any high protein meal you can suggest for winters? Something can be cooked at home daily? I want to increase my protein intake as currently I am only taking 50% of my requirements.

Hi Yashpal! To increase your protein intake from 50% to close to a 100...you'll need to include multiple protein sources in each of your meals daily. You can try mixing your dals, or adding curd to your salads to make raita, including soaked nuts or roasted or sprouted pulses as snacks in between meals etc. Also you can find a lot of high protein recipes for each meal time in the recipe section of this app, it's on your home page. And as you've asked I'll come up with more high protein recipes, so stay tuned for future posts😄
