Read the labels!

This is a very popular biscuit brand that is blatantly marketed as ‘high fibre and healthy’! However when you look at the ingredients, there is sugar in 4 different forms and barely any fibre! Do not fall for marketing gimmicks and always read the nutrition label and ingredients.

Even i developed this readings habits . If u see any biscuits which is available in market is a junk product. Specially cream biscuits, digestive biscuits and even cornflakes 😔
