Common mistakes in plank pt. 3

Hunching or rounding the back happens when the alignment of palms is not correct or when one focuses only on pulling the belly in to maintain waist alignment. Correction - Make sure palms are aligned right beneath the shoulders. Press palms firmly and expand your chest while maintaining tight core and glutes.
