1) VEGETABLES πŸ₯¦πŸ₯¬πŸ…πŸ₯•πŸ  3-4 cups of cooked or raw veggies per day! 2) FRUITSπŸŽπŸ‰πŸ‘πŸ’ 2-3 whole fruits per day! 3) GOOD FAT🐟🌰πŸ₯‘ - Use Olive oil for dressing of salads - 1 serving of fish (250 gm) twice a week - A fistful of nuts daily (almonds/ walnuts/pistachios etc.) 4) LEGUMES 🫘 This family includes lentils and pulses. 1/2-1 cup cooked whole pulses or dals 4-5 times a week
