Thanks Sukanya for sharing! To add further, Shavasan to me is reaching deep meditative state releasing all physical and mental stress. A state where we need to let go all discomfort and anything which doesn’t belong to our natural self in deep ralaxing consciousness. It is like shutting the system down in physical plane and connecting to higher consciousness to bring about immense healing benefits..
