Acknowledging Lows as much as Highs

The levels of happiness and accomplishments is heightened with experiencing something great, However this accomplishment wouldn't be possible with the struggles and challenges one faced to reach the goals and appreciate the good moments. Without the lows ( struggles, challenges) we would have no context for highs. Additionally these lows help us learn valuable things, build resilience and help us navigate the challenges for a happy future. In a way without lows there is no ways to shine fully as an individual.
