Diwali is that time of the year when all sorts of lip smacking sweets and snacks are prepared π€€π While we don't want you to miss out on all the goodness here are a few things that you can do to ensure that your healthy habits don't get off the hook π πͺ HYDRATE Make sure to take 2.5-3 lt water everyday. πͺMOVE IT It's okay if you miss your scheduled workouts, just focus on being active. Walk for 10 min post meals and just keep moving p.s. take that diwali safai seriously π πͺMUNCH, DON'T HOG Do not hog onto your favourite gujiya when you are hungry. Do not replace your main meals with snacks. Have them in the evening or post meals. Also, don't forget to enjoy it because guilt is not an ingredient. πͺDO NOT SKIP MEALS Just because you have a Diwali party to attend in the evening doesn't mean you need to starve yourself the whole day. Please nourish yourself with wholesome meals and eat on time. HAPPY DIWALI EVERYONE π₯πͺ π₯³π₯³π
