Hi Kritika! Alcohol during pregnancy is a big no. Even occasional drinking can cause the baby to have growth & developmental delays. Preterm birth, low birth weight baby, other physical & mental dysfunction of the foetus is not uncommon as well. The worst is Foetal Alcohol Syndrome, it's a disorder that causes brain defects & growth issues in the baby & this is irreversible.
