Are there any healthy snacks that one can consume at night in case I feel hungry?

Yes definitely Gurveen! Roasted makhana, roasted chana, some roasted seeds, nuts, simple baked crackers, jowar Or quinoa puffs, in some cases yogurt or buttermilk, some cucumber or carrots etc. The list goes on....
