Watch out for these guys when diagnosed with High Blood Pressure.

The cheapest way to regulate high blood pressure is by reducing intake of sodium along and by increasing the intake of potassium, calcium and magnesium. Thus, apart from regulating intake of sodium and it's hidden sources do make sure to incorporate fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole pulses and low fat dairy products in your diet on a regular basis.
