Getting back to form

Getting back to form after an injury or illness can be a tedious process for most of us. Go easy, start slow. Please know that it is okay if your body takes a little time to catch up after the break. In fact, consciously take the decision to slow down and take this opportunity to reconnect with your body. Do not chase what your body could accomplish before but rather find what your body can accomplish despite the challenges. It's also a great way to experience immense gratitude 😊
