Importance of regular bowels!

That feeling when the bowels are smooth and you get it right in the morning!! Feels heaven isn't it? 😍 Well, one of the first things that one should pay attention to is their gut health. Signs you are constipated - Spending too many hours on the pot, no feeling of satisfaction after passing bowels, experiencing burning sensation after passing stools, passing stools in the shape of hard pebbles. Here is what you can do as a starter pack - 1) Take 3-4 lt water daily, 2) Have 2 whole fruits and 2-3 cups of veggies daily, 3) Limit intake of processed foods, 4) Be active and lastly before you take that wholesome dump make sure you take a deep sleep of 7-8 hours !!
