You thought we'll not catch you turning your one cheat meal into multiples❓

I honestly understand how desperately those scrumptious cheat meals call your name on your cheat day & you try so hard to not lose control but the willpower can only be so strong 🥺 We've heard hundreds of such stories & most of the time they're genuinely true🫂. So I thought today, let's make cheat meals easier for you with the tricks I personally use: 1⃣ Take only one cheat meal on your cheat day 2⃣ Preferably take it in the morning hours 3⃣ Ensure you're taking healthy meals throughout the day otherwise 4⃣ While choosing a cheat meal stay mindful & don't overindulge 5⃣ And lastly if you end up indulging more add 30+ minutes of exercise on the day itself So to end this post, do let me know in the comments what's your most favorite cheat meal❓
