Why we are keen to achieve an advance Asana?

When we are trying to reach or practice for any advance Asana, we are becoming more and more aware of every muscle and every joint of our body and that itself is an achievement! You understand which muscle to engage or which joint to involve to reach or move towards a particular Asana. This gives you more in depth knowledge of how your body works and also the progress gives you a boost and keep you motivated to come to your mat everday😁
