What can be done for bloating??

First of all, let's agree the feeling of being bloated sucks. Drinking warm water, plain or with coriander seed. Practice wind reviling pose also know as pawanamukktasana. Stay in the posture for 3-5 mins. And don't worry if you fart :D Let it go and relax.

Can take azwain carrom seeds with black salt both 1/2 tsp with water.. this also helps
