Have an unusual amount of sweet cravings today. Have already consumed alot sweets today. Is there a better way to manage this?
Hi Snigdha! We have to keep a few things in check first, are you sleeping well? Does your diet contain enough protein? And are you taking your meals and snacks on time? Are you drinking enough water? Are you stressed? If any of these question's answer is no, improving that part of your lifestyle can really help. Now if you swap your sweet cravings with healthy alternatives like - fruits, black dates, anjeer, prunes, black raisins etc. that can be a big help. And is the sweet craving this bad often? If yes, nothing to worry ,but it'll be good to check your current sugar levels.
Hi Asmita, thanks. I am not consuming enough water & protein lately. I think it has to do something with this, I will keep this in check
