Hi Riya! If you have no time just see if you can do some neck movements(All 4 variations) at least. Ujjayi and humming bee breathworks are also really helpful.And coming into some simple postures 1) Child's pose with hand supporting head 2)Cobra breathing 3) Fish pose with cushion support (Restorative as well). These are some of the postures that will help you:).
