Benefits of Breathwork/Pranayam

❓Are you feeling anxious or restless ❓Do feel you are not able to focus? ❗It happens in the busy schedules with stressful work loads. Then what's the solution?🤔. How to stay calm and focussed? 🤷. What works for me is breathwork😊 It works wonders by soothing the nerves and calming down the mind while releasing unnecessary anxiety. Do take out time (at least 7-10 mins) for Breathwork and you are definitely going to see the changes🙌
