Any tips from experts to handle mood swings as I observe them happening? Like I know when I'm cranky, but I almost lose control..

Hey Suzane, just try to follow your hobbies at that time like you can listen to your favourite music, reading books if you like, dance, meeting friends, etc and try to invest an hour for exercise as it releases Happy hormones which will help in stabilising your Mood .
