Tips to wake up early

How to cultivate the habit of waking up early. I find any other time too chaotic to even try to meditate..

Hi Iqbal! Waking up early has it's own benefits including better concentration, long-lasting energy and more. It is possible to turn a latest riser into an early bird. Here are a few tips that will help you out : set an earlier bed time and unplug from all the digital gadgets prior atleast an hour before sleep, set a clear routine schedule for the next day, find out what your short and long term goals are based on which there is an increased commitment to start your day, set alarm and place it across the room away from bed (it pushes you to leave the bed), keep your curtains open, avoid caffeine and late night snacking.
