Can I consume fruit yoghurt as dessert post-dinner? Will it also improve good bacteria in the gut?

Hi Varun. You can surely take a fruit yoghurt as dessert. However, ensure that it is home made without added sugar, not store bought as the latter will contain the sugar. Yoghurt surely works to improve gut bacteria !!
