If Sugar Honey Jaggery Artificial Sweeteners all are bad for you then What to add in your tea/coffee & beverages❓

GOOD NEWS for you..... There are plenty of natural sugar substitutes which you can take ❗(definitely in moderation🤫) So What are these options you may ask- 🍀Black dates - these are naturally sweet, boiling your milk or tea with a couple of dates can make your beverage moderately sweet & you get some iron too! 🍀Dried figs- same as dates, you also get some iron bonus. 🍀Black raisins- same as dates & figs, also another power house of iron. Use 4-5 soaked pieces per day. 🍀Cinnamon- these naturally provides a sweet smell & taste. Just a pinch is enough. 🍀Cardamom- same as cinnamon, works best for tea. 🍀Rice milk- it's naturally sweet, lacks in protein though. 🍀Apple tea- this is a herbal tea that's naturally sweet. 🍀Chamomile tea- same as apple tea. 🍀Monk fruit extract & yacon syrup- uncommon but available online. Whole fruits that are sweet or apple sauce or fruit purees can be used in other beverages. Note - do approve from your nutritionist & doctor once
