๐ขATTENTION ! Eating fruits does not lead to weight gain, diabetes or sugar spikes ๐, they are also not responsible for gut issues AND they can be consumed with meals as a part of salad, after meals, before meals and anytime during the day (p.s. even in the night). There is no research out there to support anything said other than this. BUT a disclaimer comes into picture when you are struggling with eg. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)in such scenarios only, you avoid fruits, that do not suit yo. So it's highly user specific. Another condition, yes i am coming to it, Diabetes. Well, fruit recommendations change depending on the type of diabetes and blood sugar levels. But you can still have any fruit just combine it with nuts/seeds/ curd/ milk and you are sorted. In short there is no general rule that fits all, recommendations change depending on the clinical conditions and if you don't deal with such conditions then stop getting scared and have your fruit. โค๏ธโค๏ธ๐
