Cherish the moments of silence with yourself, you never know what's in store for you! Give yourself a chance- learning from your own thoughts, feelings and emotions. Although it's great to do an activity, it might hinder/alter this exploration, so it might be a good idea to simply sit with yourself in silence, at least for a little while to allow for this exploration.
