Shoulder pain
Getting a lot of shoulder pain off late, may be due to feeding the baby. Any yoga to release the tension?

Fist of all, let's see that you are feeding your baby sitting in a right position where your shoulders are broad and you don't hunch.
Try to bring your baby towards you. You can do this with the help of some of the cushions as well.
Few postures that will help;
1) Shoulder rotations
2) Cactus Arm movements
3) Shoulder stretches
4)Hand in and our Breathing
5) T- Shape arms and hugs.
All these helps in releasing stiffness and improving the mobility of your shoulders. And can be done in sitting position itself. Hope this helps😊. Shyft is better on the app
