Rice and weight loss
Should I avoid rice if I'm trying to lose weight? I have some constipation issues, and it is definitely easy on my tummy
Hello Amulya no, you don't need to avoid rice for weight loss. Make sure to have a complete meal so with 1 katori cooke rice (200gm) take 1 katori cooked dal or curd + 1 katori vegetable curry + 1 katori salad. This will make your plate complete and rice will not cause weight gain. For constipation increase the intake of fruits, veggies, water in your diet and make sure you sleep for 6-7 hours and go for a brisk walk of 30 min daily!
