Sleep troubles 💤

Unable to sleep properly since a few days, and having trouble with my appetite as well. Have been skipping dinner, does this have something to do with my sleep issues?

Lata if you are struggling to sleep try practicing meditation before bedtime this will help you in reaching a complete state of relaxation. Also, yes sleep has an impact on our gut so I'd suggest instead of skipping an entire meal, have light preparations. Like a bowl of mixed vegetable lentil soup or curd rice or mixed vegetable dal khichdi. Keep a gap of 2-3 hours between your last meal and bedtime!

Hi Lata! Did the sleep disturbances start first? Or the lack of appetite? Now both together can create a cyclic pattern. During pregnancy skipping meals needs to be avoided . Because skipping meals will affect the baby's food sources. About the dinner refrain from skipping it altogether, rather take a small portion of food. Practicing meditation or listening to sleep stories can help in improving sleep quality.
