Appetite changes

I feel very full after my breakfast and don’t feel like eating at all the whole day. Sometimes end up feeling hungry at midnight. What can I do to manage this?

Try to have your meals on time and establish a routine so that your body understands the pattern and can function optimally. Try having lighter breakfasts like poha, oats, cheela, eggs, omelette, Cucumber tomato sandwich, etc, and go easy on carbs & fats and balance the meal out with enough fiber and protein.
