I am not against weight loss diets and just in the name of body positivity I will not advise to eat whatever you want but it's important to have the right reasons in your bucket whenever you decide to focus on weight loss. Reasons why you should lose weight โ Want to become physically more strong and active. โ Want to make sure that the ABC is in place ( A- HbA1c, B- Blood pressure, C- Cholesterol). โ Want to have a good gut health. โ Want to make sure that body is devoid of any deficiencies. โ Want to stay fit both physically and mentally. P.s. for the millionth time when you decide to see a nutritionist book an appointment with your therapist too because emotions have a direct impact on your dietary choices. Reasons why you should not lose weight โ Want to look pretty โ Want to fit in old clothes โ Look pretty for a wedding โ Want to attract your current partner or to find a better partner โ Want to feel confident and beautiful Hope you do it for the right reasons๐ซถ
