Water for the winters !!!๐Ÿฅ›

Water intake gets ignored during the winters ๐Ÿ’ง here are some tips : Good hydration of 2-3 liters per day ๐Ÿ’ฆ *Include high water content fruits and vegetables like cucumbers, watermelon, Citrus fruits๐ŸŠ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ‹ *Not just simple milk , use Turmeric powder , Dried fruit powder ๐Ÿฅ› * Soups , broths - like tomato , Chicken are great for winters ๐Ÿต * Limit alcohol , caffeine contentโ˜•๏ธ *Flavour your waters with apples , Oranges , mint leaves ๐ŸŽ * Make it a goal to set reminder to have at least 7-9 glasses of water per day in Winters. ๐Ÿ‘
