Sugar Free Date Laddoo Recipe

Ingredients: 12-15 dates 1 cup mix dry fruits 1tbsp poppy seeds 1 tbsp ghee Method: To make these easy and yummy ladoos, take 12-15 dates, remove the seeds and chop them. Take 1 cup mix dry fruits of choice (almonds, walnuts, pistachios) and coarsely chop them up too. In a kadhai add 1tbsp ghee and add in the chopped dates. Keep cooking on a medium flame until you can see ghee on the sides of kadhai, at this point add in the chopped dry fruits and mix everything well. Add in 1 tbsp poppy seeds and give it a good mix again for another 2 - 3 minutes on medium flame. Switch off the flame and remove this mix on a greased thali and start making laddoos. Store them in an air tight container once cooled and enjoy!
