Who doesn't love a healthy side of veggie mash 🥗

This recipe is for folks who don't like vegetables for their texture & bland taste but are still trying to include more vegetables in their diet to increase its fiber content. 🥗Ingredients - 1 cup of boiled vegetables (broad beans, french beans, papaya) 2 Tsp mustard paste 1 small onion finely chopped 1/2 Tsp green chilli paste 1/4th tsp turmeric powder 1 whole egg(optional) 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped 1/2 Tsp chilli flakes (optional) 1 Tsp mustard oil Salt tastewise 🥗Method- Blend the boiled vegetables,mustard paste in a blender until smooth. In a pan add the oil, fry the onion in it. Add the vegetable paste, chilli paste here & fry till it turns dry. Add salt, Turmeric powder & cook for another 2 minutes. Add the egg & keep mixing till well incorporated. Now add the chili flakes & coriander leaves & it's ready to serve! It goes well with rice/roti/even millets. 😋 Hope you found this recipe helpful!!
