Rice porridge for better gut health?
Is having rice porridge daily good for gut health? Where I come from, it is had as a daily routine. When I used to follow that, I didn't have any problem with gut. When I moved to city, I adopted to changes and gut health issues began..any suggestions here?
Hi Radhe! Yes since rice porridge is pretty simple in terms of ingredients & spices and is quite low on fibres it can be good for the gut. For better gut health rice porridge can surely be included in your daily diet, but not alone. Make sure you add lots of seasonal vegetables in the porridge & take a side of protein like-curd, with it as well to make the meal balanced.
