Gastric issues during pregnancy

I feel bloated all the time and gastritis burning sensation, especially after a meal.. how to control this?

Make sure you're keeping yourself well hydrated. Ideally 3 litres of water per day is a must. Also try doing a few minutes of after-meal walk indoors this will help in better digestion. Do try taking food with less oil & spices.

Take a cup of water boiled with a pinch of jeera seeds, pinch of saunf seeds & a pinch of ajwain seeds approximately 15-20 minutes post your meal. Drink it luke warm, not hot. Do not gulp it, sip it instead. Hope that helps 🙂
