When to start Yoga
I'm currently in my 10th week of pregnancy. When can i start yoga practice. Also, what exercises are safe to do?
You can start yoga from 13th week i.e from 2nd trimester, before starting get your doctor's confirmation.
And in 1st trimester it's important you rest and relax, as there are too many hormonal changes its important to rejuvenate, with foot massage,head massages, neck massages.

Trimester 2 practices Involves stretches, mobility exercises, mild hip openers and mainly strengthening practices for your legs and pelvis floor.
The practices have to be done slowly with normal breathing and is always better to decide the number of repetitions as per your comfort.
