Start building small habits. Take actions on small term goals to achieve the long term goals. Decide which one habit you want to work on in this week and build it by taking one step at a time. For eg.- Showing up on the mat this week no matter what or tracking the water intake as per your activities or cutting down refined sugar or refined flour for this week. I am going to work on rebuilding consistency in my self practice and altering certain food habits which have been disturbed for last 2 weeks.You can decide what you want to work on in this week and share your goal in the comments below .Let's build good habits together π
