Cooling food and BP

If I consume cooling food like milk, tender coconut water, etc., can I keep BP in control through the day?

Hi Anant! You can surely take low fat milk & milk products moderately. But since coconut water has a pretty high content of potassium it can potentially lower down your BP levels. On the contrary if you're on a BP medication coconut water is advised to be restricted.
