Is it OK to exercise twice in the day?

Hi Amulya! Yes you definitely can. Just make sure you're keeping a gap of 30 min to 1 hour in between your meals & exercise. Adding pre or post workouts in your diet is also important to prevent excessive muscle loss & fatigue. So if exercising twice suits your routine & body go for it!
