Wheat replacement

Question - I am in my 2nd trimester, and I am having bloating when I take anything made of wheat flour - like roti, is there any replacement for it, or should I just stick to rice?

Hi Lekha! Yes along with rice you can also opt for some more high fiber gluten free grains like- brown rice, quinoa & oats etc. For gluten free atta you can go for - rice flour, buckwheat flour & amaranth flour.If you're going to start any one of these options it's better to discuss with your nutritionist & listen to your body as well if they're suiting you or not. Also before replacing something from your diet be sure if that's causing the actual trouble or something else.
