Healthy snacks?
Have to wake up multiple times during the night to feed the baby and i feel hungry at times. Can i consume a fruit like apple or banana at night?
Try roasted makhana with salt and pepper. This used to be my go-to snack.

Makhanas is a great option. Keeping 8-10 almonds soaked for the night may also help. And yes,a fruit like apple or pear or papaya also works. Banana is a cooling fruit, by nature, so better avoided at the wee hours while feeding your baby.
