So last night my mom had made kadhi khichdi (p.s. not a big fan) and today had leftovers of the same in the fridge! I did not have curd at home so couldn't add the protein i needed, so here's what I did. I took an egg, made bhurji π and chopped 4-5 cherry tomatoes. Next topped my kadhi khichdi with bhurji and tomatoes πThis add on made up for the missing protein and fiber on my plate. Every time you sit for a meal ask yourself if you have added the adequate amount of protein and fiber required on your plate. If yes then you got it right baby !!!! Also, Don't EVER forget to CHEW your meals πππ«Άπ
