Brunch and dinner for better digestion?
Ayurveda suggests brunch and early dinner. Any suggestions on the same wrt modern nutrition theories?
Hi Radhe! Just one small thing you can keep in mind when eating is- eat a big breakfast , lunch should be of a medium portion , dinner should be light & early. And if the gaps in between meals are more than 3-4 hours, include some small snacks to bridge the gap. Don't skip any meals, workouts & keep a proper water intake. On the bottom-line in short -
Eat Breakfast like a King
Eat Lunch like a Prince
Eat Dinner like a Pauper
