Set little milestones

Whenever you want to inculcate any healthy habit, always set little milestones for yourself. It can be as simple as holding a posture 2 seconds more or even doing breathwork for 1 more round. You will find these small milestones building up to a big achievement. Enjoy the journey ☺️
